Events

A date that doesn’t move, and everything behind it

Concept, content, staging, control room, coverage. An event is prepared over months to hold for a few hours.

A successful event is not improvised on the day: it is decided in the weeks before, when nothing should still be in production.

01
Design, scenography & coverage

Lift your event and pull your audience in

We lift your event with video content staged for your room.

In the end

Your guests leave with something to tell — and they tell it.

02
Distribution & reach

Make your event last beyond the day

Distribution decided before the event, not after: what gets filmed, for whom, and on which channels.

In the end

Your event keeps existing beyond the room.

03
Projection mapping

Leave a mark, and give people something to picture

Projections that turn a building or an object into the set for your evening — writing first, technology after.

In the end

Your guests remember the evening, and they remember you.

Projection mapping
From analysis to debrief

How we work, stage by stage

Six stages, and it starts again: the debrief of one project opens the analysis of the next.

Before we start
Analysis

What your previous editions produced, and what they missed — before talking venue.

Stage 1 of 6

Brainstorming

We challenge the objective before talking format.

Who is coming, why, and what they should take away. We rule out anything that flatters the organiser without landing with the audience. Then a staging direction, costed.

Questions we get asked

What kinds of events do you film?

Openings, conventions, product launches, festivals, gala evenings, brand activations: event coverage is a craft we have practiced since the agency was founded. We also work on events we have designed end to end, staging and projection mapping included.

Can we have the footage the same night?

Yes, and it is a frequent request. We edit on site during the event so that a first video can be approved that evening and published the next morning — it is what we do every year on several festivals and conventions. The full recap film follows in the days after.
