One mascot, a series of situations, a single art direction

For Urgo, we used AI to animate a series of pictograms around its mascot: hand on chin, leaning on a kitesurf board, propped against a coffee mug, hands on hips. Every situation is new, and the mascot stays recognizable in all of them.

The world is set once: the line, the colors, the character’s proportions. Every variation then starts from that world instead of a blank page, and your campaign keeps one face across every channel.

Your conference, with your teams as the stars

A conference opening film can take your CEO or your teams into a desert, aboard a space capsule, then into free fall over Paris. Our demo started from a few shots filmed in a parking lot and a storage room, with no studio and no set.

The shots are filmed at your premises, with people your attendees know, and AI builds around them the set, the visual effect or the adventure the script calls for. On the big screen, the room recognizes its own before wondering how it was done.

03

Your exact product, the set generated around it

A product has to stay true to its drawings: we model it in 3D from your design files, as we did for Elistair and Hitachi. Around it, the set, the light or the country are generated, and change from one version to the next with no new shoot.

04

Your world defined before the first image

Before generating a single shot, we agree with you on the film’s world: the characters, the light, the palette, the framing. Every image then starts from those references, and the film keeps one style from the first shot to the last.

Editing, sound design and voice-over then finish the film, with the same review stages as a live-action production.

Where it pays off

AI video for business, use by use

Opening a conference

Your teams in a desert or a space capsule, on the big screen to open the event.

Events

Bringing a mascot to life

One character, one world, and as many situations as your publishing calendar needs.

Showing a product anywhere

The product modeled in 3D from your drawings, the set generated around it: a city, a season, a country per version.

3D animation

Shoot little, show a lot

One shot on a green screen or at your premises, and AI builds the set the script calls for.

Green screen studio

Rolling out a campaign

One idea, then its vertical, square and widescreen versions, composed from the storyboard for each platform.

Ads without a set

Sets, extras, golden-hour light: what used to take a day of shooting is now built in the image, and your budget goes to the idea.

Questions we get asked

What clients ask us most often

How much does an AI video cost?

It depends on the length, the number of versions and how much footage is filmed or modeled in 3D. The shoot is where the budget drops most: sets, travel and extras come off the quote. Writing and art direction remain the core of the work.

How do you make an ad with AI?

Like a live-action ad: an idea, a script, a storyboard. AI then generates the images, in the colors and with the characters agreed at the start, and editing, sound design and voice-over finish the film. Planned from the storyboard, each format — vertical, square, widescreen — is composed rather than cropped.

Which AI do you use to create the videos?

Several, chosen shot by shot: a character, a product and a set don’t call for the same model. The Urgo pictograms were animated with Kling. Your art direction stays the same when the tool changes.

Can a real person appear, your CEO for example?

Yes, by filming them: our green screen studio comes to your premises, and the set is then built around them. For other roles, AI creates characters who don’t exist.
