Koesio — the greetings card played by the staff’s children

For its 2023 greetings, the company Koesio called on Bluevista to produce a video greetings card.

The project

Twenty-five children, a white cyclorama, one canvas

This year, Koesio wanted to hand a blank canvas — quite literally — to its youngest associates, across several episodes of the Koesio saga: the purple KIDS, twenty-five children of its staff.

Koesio is the French leader in local digital services. The company offers a wide range of solutions, from unified communications to document management, by way of IT and security. Koesio operates in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, with more than 3,200 staff.

We ran a studio shoot in Paris with a large white cyclorama. The children painted a white board live. We filmed them all day, for a making-of feel to the piece.

How it turned out

Louis Bertignac live, and one euro given for every view

To close the film, Louis Bertignac came and played live a piece he had composed for the occasion.

The video greetings card for Koesio was released on social channels and on the company website. Clients and partners took to it warmly, and appreciated both its inventiveness and its positive message.

The card also gave something back: every view of the film meant one euro given to the charity Arc En Ciel, which grants the wishes of seriously ill children.

Projects of the same kind

The greetings card, the one film people watch because it has a date on it

A video greetings card has a two-week window. That is both its constraint and its strength: nobody watches it out of duty, and everybody watches it at once.

Koesio, the French leader in local digital services, chose to hand it to twenty-five children of its staff. The film was released on its channels and its website, and every view meant one euro given to the charity Arc En Ciel.
