LPA: 50 years anniversary film

A film tracing the history and the future of LPA (Lyon Parc Auto) for its 50th anniversary.

We began by retracing LPA’s history, the building of the various car parks and the services put in place for customers, then wrote an outline with a choice of visuals and a place for each interview. Once the script and the visual ideas were approved, the film was under way.

Production went like this: by capturing the interviews first, we built a coherent narrative, on top of which came footage of the car parks, archive material and animation that gave a face to the history of this Lyon company.

Weaving 2D animation and 3D into animated stills and live action, this complete and lively film took three weeks to make once the script was approved, for four weeks of production in total.
