SGS – Protection Lab - video report
Corporate video — presenting SGS Art Services, Geneva.
We produced a corporate video for the SGS Art Services laboratory in Geneva.
Shooting across two days made it possible to keep costs down by producing a second making-of film at the same time.
Difficult lighting conditions inside the laboratory called for several types of camera. We used a stabiliser to keep the images fluid, and a motorised slider to hold a constant move. Some sequences were also shot in time-lapse.
Interviews with the participants were filmed, to bring a human voice to the piece and to carry the thread of the story.
The choice of music also played an important part in creating an atmosphere of its own.
